Who we want:
I'll be straightforward about this. We're looking for winners. So, experience is only as good as the money to back it up. An average closer will make at least six figures - and I'll show you a detailed spreadsheet on how to do that. A superior field sales rep will make over 200K.
Agency Revolution is a full-service web marketing and business coaching firm serving the P&C insurance agent and has been around for over 16 years. Our clients expect the best and we’re only focused on hiring someone who wants to be the best.
We have a strong and long reputation. We have a loyal client base. We generate leads and have a sophisticated process to qualify them. We only want you to spend time with high probability prospects. This is a well run company. And you'll make plenty of money.
Agency Revolution is looking for candidates that function well in an open concept workspace and can collaborate with all other members of the team including designers, developers and marketers to product amazing new features for Agency Revolution and push the limits of technology. We want passionate, hard working, talented individuals that want to surpass their current skill set.
We are a generous employer and are a great company to work for…and the standards to get on the team are pretty high. Unless you meet the following qualifications I am going to ask that you don’t apply.
This is who we are looking for:
- Experienced closers.
- Experience with high commission sales where the reward is on the immediate sale, not "schmoozers" where the reward is on the long term relationship.
- Experience selling to business owners, not corporate types, Fortune 500 department managers or employees.
- Experience selling high ticket items. Minimum 50K. Ideally, much closer to ours: 100K+. Can't be afraid or intimidated by money.
- "Cold call cowboys" not needed. We generate the leads. Like I said, we need closers.
- Experience with a complex sale.
- Experience with competition. Maybe even gets an extra thrill by beating the competition.
- Confidence. Enough of it that you don't need to be arrogant. We want people who can be trusted. And can make the big sale by telling the truth.
- Insurance experience is not needed. We'll teach what you need to know. If you've successfully sold big ticket items to insurance agency principals, that's a plus - but I haven't met very many of those who have.
