The worst consrquence of the "insurance mega-marketers" advertising is the message that price is all that matters. The reptile, innocuous as he seems, is training your customers to think only in terms of price.

 

You and I know it's not true. Your CSR knows it's not true. Heck, even the gecko knows it's not true (he just wants folks to keep shopping).

 

The bright side is that most clients can be "readjusted" with a single call to your agency ... As long as it's "perfect".
