A recent industry survey shows that over 90% of agents today are feeling stuck, pessimistic, and/or fearful about the future. The flip side of that is, only about 5% of agents are feeling optimistic, confident, and experiencing a great deal of freedom. So, what's the difference? It's what I call "The Missing Structure".
