Welcome to my first in a series of "Fireside Chats" on the state of the industry, and its effects on you and your agency. I'll start this first one by saying: yesterday, it was ok to be "just" an insurance agent. Today, EVERYTHING has changed. You can no longer run an agency the old-fashioned way - it must be transformed into what I call an Extraordinary Business Organization (or "EBO").
