...Closed one more inbound call.  Simple concept right?  I'm not even assuming an aggressive scenario, just 1 more measly policy.  The image below is from a spreadsheet I created for training and demonstration purposes.  You can plug in your own numbers into 4 key areas and voila, no denying the numbers.


There is power in just seeing the impact your team members have on revenue.  As a matter of fact you SHOULD be sharing this information with your team.  Empower them, educate them on how important they are.  A warning though, don't show them this if your not willing to fairly compensate them for their contributions.  That approach will backfire, guaranteed.  If, however, you do share this information, be ready for more engaged employees who understand the importance of what they do.  Reward them for their contributions and the sky is the limit.  Stay tuned for the next three parts in this series and your opportunity to get this powerful spreadsheet for FREE.
