When I first opened my agency I had trouble getting as many clients as I wanted.
As I started to survey the “agency landscape” trying to find out how other agencies got clients I found the vast majority of agencies really weren’t all that good at marketing.
Eventually, I went outside of the industry to figure it out and brought it back into my agency.
