When you first started in your career, you probably had a relatively small book of business, and your agency was fairly small. And over time, you've accumulated growth, clients, and a book of business. But then, maybe you've reached a point where you feel "stuck" - your agency isn't growing as much as you'd like, you don't have much free time, and you've hit what I call The Plateau of Progress.

The irony of all this - you might even say the tragedy of it - is that at the point in your career where you have the highest skill level you've EVER had... you have the least amount of time to practice it!
