Agency now gets more leads & referrals every month than they previously got in a year
We joined QC back in 2001 and had many successes early on. In 2007 we had a complete transformation, and 2009-10 were our best years since 2004. Our profits have increased by over 20% per year for the last two years. Our business model has recently shifted from having multiple outside producers to having only two outside producers, along with 27 other employees and account managers that handle about 80% of the new business and client service. Therefore, over the past two years, we have been able to handle more revenue, with fewer employees.
This growth can primarily be attributed to one key concept that QC has engrained in our brains since day one: systematizing our agencies. We began implementing systems for our cross-sells, new leads, lost clients, referral programs, etc…You name it and we systematized it. The instant we began to implement these clear, well structured systems into our agencies, we started to see an immediate boost in efficiency, which eventually lead to an increase in our book of business.
Taking these systems one step further, we launched our new Agency Revolution digital insurance office in November of 2010, which has enabled us to nurture and cross-sell our current clients and bring in new prospects with one click of the mouse. Using the Agency Revolution system, we are now bringing in
more online leads and referrals per month than we used to in an

In 2011, we will continue to aggressively market our services to the local community using QC strategies. We plan to grow our book of business by making an even bigger push into social media and mobile marketing. With the help of QC and AR, we look forward to making 2011 our best year ever.
