I’m extremely honored to be chosen as August’s MOM. When I first joined Quantum Club three years ago I saw and read about all the different MOM’s, and I just thought how far my Agency and life was from being like theirs. When I came to Quantum Club three years ago I was working a lot more than I do now. I averaged 50+ hours per week and many times I would be in the office until 10 or 11 pm at night. Everything was either done by me or taught by me because I had no documented procedures in place.
Since joining Quantum Club my book of business has grown 22%. Agency retention has increased from 91% to 95%. My team uses Quantum Tools to maintain and nurture relationships with our clients. On average, our clients receive no less than 30 contacts from our Agency per year. Some of the tools we use to communicate with our clients are the NSACE Monthly Client Newsletters, ZIPDRIP, and ART voice broadcasting.
My Agency and team has also really embraced the use of several Auto-Pilot Control tools. We use the Quantum Process Designers to document EVERY SINGLE ACTIVITY that takes place in our office. This has freed up so much of my time to focus on high leverage activities, strategic growth and direction. When I first came to Quantum Club I remember hearing Michael talk about working “on” my business rather than “in” my business, and today I can say that is a reality.
I am very fortunate to have a team that has embraced Quantum Club principles and tools, as this has made the transition to the Quantum Club way of running an Agency so much smoother. I am grateful to have such a great team.
I’m also happy to report that I just made my first Agency Acquisition recently and I’m very excited to enter a new phase of growth and opportunity for my Agency.
My membership in Quantum Club has enabled me to live the life I’ve always dreamed of living. Through the application and implementation of Quantum Club tools, and the building of a gifted team, my time has become my own. I now spend only about 16-20 hours per week in my office and I’ve been able to increase my vacation time to 12 weeks per year and counting. I’m now able to work where I want, when I want. I’m no longer a slave to my business, but free because of it!
