Since becoming a member of Quantum Club I have developed a Management team - Office Manager and Service Supervisor that run the day to day operations of the Agency.  I have invested a lot to time and money in training them to do a superior job for our clients.  The nucleus of my team consists of 8 other staff that service or sell.
 
Over the past 5 years I have sold to the Latino community - I now have 6 team members that are Bi-Lingual.  The Latino community makes up about 30% of our raw new and existing customer base.
 
I have also developed a Master Referral System that generates 20 -30% of our Raw New Production per month.
 
Because of Quantum Club, I now understand the importance of Marketing and have consistently tweaked it to get a better ROI.
 
I have been a member of Quantum Club since the mid 90s -- my Agency has grown tenfold since becoming a member.
 
Since joining Quantum Club I have taken control of my Life - I run my business and do not let the business run me.  I spend time on things that I like doing and delegate everything else to my team.
