When I joined Quantum Club in 2003, I had no marketing plan, no business plan, no written procedures and no idea how I was going to grow the agency. The real turning point was when I attended a Closed Door Conference. What an eye opener! One of the biggest weaknesses I had as an independent agent was the lack of training on being an entrepreneur and business owner. QC became my "MBA program", and gave me hope.

I did the Gateway Discovery Process and got to work. I changed my management system, started a cross-sell campaign, Emergency Contact Program, newsletters, ZIPDRIP, Process Designers for every task in the agency, Team Member Road Map, One big Breakthrough and the Cash Flow Maximizer. Qmail became a daily read and still is.  I learn so much just from keeping up with the posts and then searching posts when I need some knowledge or advice.  

Now I have a team that gets it.  My agency income started going up 12% to 15% per year.  My retention ticked up from 90% to 93%. I was taking one day a week to work at home on the business - best move I ever made.  When the Ultimate Agency Blueprint came out it went up on my wall and I put a giant whiteboard in my office to track all new and lost business on a weekly basis.  My companies noticed the change and the clear direction, and are excited to visit my agency and get a look at the whiteboard. They're jealous!

I'm now free to pursue some of my passions.  I've also had the time to work on business mergers and acquisitions.  QC has given me the confidence and tools to pursue ventures I would not have otherwise considered.
