I'm watching my pennies. Is it really worth the tuition?
The tuition is about the price of ONE policy per month. We have CSR’s who have brought hundreds of thousands of dollars to their agency using our systems and processes. And for every additional CSR you register after your first one, it’s roughly HALF that amount!
My CSR's are "seasoned vets." Can they really learn anything NEW in this program?
Don’t believe me. Believe what this 20 year industry veteran said: “I am writing to say how much I enjoy the CSR Mastery program. I especially look
forward to the conference calls with Michael and the interaction with the other CSRs. I feel fortunate that my boss, Claudia, has given me this
opportunity to be part of the program.
It truly has inspired and motivated me to be the best CSR I can be.” Our experience, after training thousands of CSR’s throughout North America and Europe, the ones who really SEE themselves as
professionals
hunger for more training and thirst for every competitive edge. The ones who do not? They
must
either change (it is possible) – or you should give them a magic wand, a 1990 calendar...and their last paycheck.
My CSR is almost brand new. Is this a good thing for her/him?
NOW is the time to start them on the right path... before they need to “un-learn” bad habits. Every class has about 15% “newbies” – and time and time
again, I’ve heard about our "newbie graduates” out-performing the seasoned vets who know everything about the “old way” and almost nothing about client
acquisition, conversion, retention and the latest techniques to make those things happen.
I really want to enroll my CSR's in the program, but they're not so sure about it. What should I do?
What you should do is simple. Figure out who runs the agency and let that person decide. I know that sounds blunt, but since when do you decide to upgrade your business and then let ANYONE tell you to keep it stuck in yesterday’s mode? ANY
employee (any) who resists professional education is NOT a professional. (Heck, that’s just my opinion. Maybe your CSR’s know better.) The short answer:
LEAD.
I'm worried about how much time this will take away from their job.
Let’s do the math. The longest of the twelve core trainings is one hour. So, let’s say that’s 12 hours...divided into a 2080 hour
work-year...they’ll be investing less than one-half of one percent of their time into growth. During the course of a year, that’s NOT ENOUGH. I strongly urge you to encourage their participation in the live “Super Star” interviews and the live Q&A calls with me. Here's my point:
Invest in what matters: YOUR business and YOUR people.
I'm definitely going to enroll them, but I'm thinking of waiting for a future class. Is that a good idea?
GEICO is spending over $600 million dollars to steal personal lines clients this year. Progressive Direct is betting over $400 million. Industry
experts predict that commercial lines premiums will be soft until 2013. So I have one question for you: how many strategic initiatives are you
going to delay, defer or detour this year...and WHY would you impede the execution of ANY of them? Any entrepreneur who KNOWS
something (especially something BIG) and does not ACT on it, CANNOT complain that they’re not getting the RESULTS they want.
Especially in this environment. Especially right now.
OK, you've convinced me. I definitely want in on this. How much does it cost?
I’m glad you asked! We all know that money is tight these days, but I think you’ll be
shocked
at how
little
of an investment is required to enroll your CSR’s in the CSR Mastery Program. Like I’ve said, the tuition is about the price of ONE policy per month.
(Or even less.)
