Nina is a passionate, customer-centric business executive and brings over 25 years of focused leadership in bringing client satisfaction and operational excellence to the technology sector. In addition, Nina is an active community and industry member serving on the board of the Alliance for Women in Workers’ Compensation.

Jim Lindner

Board Member

Jim is a member of Aurora’s Executive Board. He has more than 40 years of experience in computer hardware and software and information services, including more than 25 years as CEO or COO of companies with revenue between $100 million and $1 billion.

Scott White

President, Chief Executive Officer & Executive Board Member

Scott is passionate about bringing affordable and easy-to-use marketing automation to financial professionals, insurance agents, and other service professionals so they can focus on providing great client service while growing their businesses. Prior to joining FMG Suite, Scott was a corporate attorney focused on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

Scott enjoys mountain biking, playing tennis and coaching his son’s football team.

Tim Robinson

Chief Operating Officer

As COO of FMG Suite, Tim leads the Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams. His passion is building amazing teams and organizations that can scale quickly and profitably through organic and inorganic growth strategies.

Tim enjoys racing cars, alpine skiing, water skiing, motorcycles, and outdoor activities with his family.

Dave Christensen

Chief Product & Technology Officer

Dave has been with FMG Suite since (almost) the beginning and ignites potential in ideas, teams, leaders, and products. Currently, Dave serves as the Chief Product & Technology Officer for FMG Suite where he yammers incessantly about the benefits of content marketing.

Dave enjoys binge-watching Netflix with his 13 amazing kids, listening to a favorite podcast, or quite often on a plane to or from West Africa.

Russ Clark

Chief Financial Officer

Russ has 30 years of experience working with public and privately held growth-oriented software and SaaS companies, including FICO, Epicor, Mitek Systems and Certona. He focuses on driving efficiencies across the business as it expands its market share and customer base.

Russ enjoys spending time with his family participating in all things San Diego, including the beach, boating, hiking, and biking.

Greg Woodbury

VP of Business Development

Greg has over two decades of hands-on experience in financial marketing, sales, and training. In 2010 he joined Craig Faulkner to launch FMG Suite. As VP of Business Development, he travels regularly visiting home offices and attending industry conferences.

Greg and his wife are long-time residents of San Diego County where they spend their leisure time hiking in the varied backcountry of the region.

Jennifer French

VP of Business Development

Jennifer spent 16 years as an executive with MarketingPro, Inc, which was acquired by FMG Suite in 2018. She works with broker-dealers, RIAs, and other financial service firms to help increase their revenue and profitability.

Jennifer is passionate about spending time with her family, Clemson football (Go Tigers!), and planning her next Halloween costume.

Chris Paley

VP of Sales

As VP of Sales, Chris focuses on building consultative sales teams, developing new revenue streams, and securing new business partners. He has 20-years of experience driving multi-million dollar revenue growth while providing visionary sales leadership.

Chris loves spending time with family and friends at the beach and taking advantage of all the opportunities San Diego has to offer.

Chau Haner

VP of Marketing

Chau works with the marketing team to envision and generate creative, on-brand marketing strategies that drive real results. She has over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing as well as a wealth of experience in the financial services industry.

Chau loves to try out new restaurants with her husband, hike with her chocolate lab, or play Words With Friends (challengers welcome!).

Jared Card

VP of Professional Services

Jared has more than a decade of direct experience in online marketing, operations and process development, digital media management, and motivating teams. Jared lives to solve challenges and help both FMG Suite employees and the clients we serve achieve their goals.

Jared loves to take his family backpacking, surfing, snowboarding, fishing, cycling, or rock-climbing.

Nate Alvar

VP of Product Engineering

Nate has over a decade of experience in building SaaS technology products. He received his Master’s degree in IT Leadership from the College of St. Scholastica, dual undergrad degrees in Applied Economics and Computer Science

Nate is involved in charity work and enjoys taking his family skiing, boating, camping, and enjoying Minnesota life.

Brandon Brown

VP of Customer Experience & Creative

In 2010, Brandon helped launch FMG Suite as a company that prioritized thought-provoking creative work. He extends that craftsmanship into designing remarkable customer experiences to shape brands worthy of customer loyalty.

He holds a Masters in Motion Graphic Design and spends his free time designing furniture. He also holds the title for “Best Guacamole at FMG Suite”. The secret: roasted garlic.

Liz Norman

VP of People

With more than a decade of HR experience Liz is passionate about the ways the world is changing, evolving and modernizing. She loves utilizing technology to find solutions and efficiencies while maintaining the personal and empathetic human side of HR.

Liz enjoys spending time with her husband and their three boys, cooking up a mean bolognese, and exploring the world.

Robert Fraser

Partner

Robert joined Aurora Capital Partners in 2007. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at BC Partners in New York and had also taken a leave of absence from Aurora to join the United States Treasury’s Auto Task Force.
