Welcome to our 2024 Summer Summit!
The 2024 AR Summer Summit began with a travel day for folks coming in from all over the United States: Alabama, Florida, Ohio, and more! Our home base would be Ben Franklin TechVentures, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. But first, we had to get on the party bus.
Our first official Summer Summit day began as all great days do, with the majority of the AR team meeting up on a larger-than-life party bus. There were snacks, there were laughs, and there was even a C-Suite pull-up competition. All before noon!
Our main event for the first day would be a few hours at Topgolf in King of Prussia, PA. With a tasty taco bar, a few drink tickets, and a lot of friendly competition on the green, everyone had a blast hacking away at golf balls and catching up.
Once our afternoon at Topgolf came to an end, we loaded up the party bus and made our way back to Bethlehem. For the evening crowd, a bunch of the crew made our way to a riverside brewery for a late night of lawn games, good beers, and lengthy chats about anything and everything AR and beyond.
Our second Summit day did not involve a party bus, but did involve keynote speeches from executives across our organization. We talked about making the impossible merely improbable. We covered the importance of being unreal, unpredictable, and unbelievable to continue wowing the independent insurance agencies we work with. Our morning session left the team refreshed and ready to put our heads together for some breakout sessions.
After a few inspiring presentations, the AR Operations and Sales teams broke off for some breakout sessions to discuss our plans and aspirations for the rest of the year. On the AR Ops side, we put our chairs together, made a friendship circle, and had detailed conversations about workload optimization, making the most of our days, and reminded each other to laugh together at least once a day.
After a full day of strategizing, thinking, sharing stories, and growing closer as a team, the AR crew made our way over to Torre for a delicious plated dinner. Three courses and yummy drinks capped off two days of incredible teamwork.
The Agency Revolution Summer Summit was a tremendous success. From party bussing to hitting golf balls, to making our organization stronger, we have the best team in the business. We can’t wait until next year’s recap.
