        I believe that reviews will become the lead marketing advantage in any locale, so agencies increasingly need to come with a level of service that yields great reviews. I call it the review singularity. Reviews are going to take on infinite value for businesses as business owners hone in on fostering a consistently above average experience.

          The review singularity! I like that. When 72% of consumers trust online reviews as much as recommendations from friends and family, we better pay attention. Social proof has always been an important part of insurance marketing…especially since we ‘sell the invisible.’ Thanks for sharing.
