    Does Agency Revolution have an SMS/MMS solution? I’m going to sound like a salesman here, but I’m not pushing any product…texts to clients are, I think, a trend that can’t be ignored (and largely IS, but there’s an opportunity cost to it).

    90% of texts are read within the first 3 minutes. Combined with your engine for emails, I think this is a huge solution that can point people TO the emails we’re sending out. Something like:

    “Hey Mike, this is Jim again with Western Pacific Insurance. I shot you an email about a potential problem with your insurance, I would appreciate your response, have a great day!”

    It’s something we’re working on adding aside AR’s engine, but I would LOVE to see it implemented as a part of your system.

      Feedback from agents and brokers helps us choose our development priorities. This feature is on our product roadmap for this year, and we will announce it as soon as it is ready.

        I think having it be able to send images is a priority for our business, simply because we’d be able to send our logo alongside any texts we send out – it’s a very nice touch (I saw this done by BirdEye via my brother’s business, and couldn’t believe I overlooked this simple technology).

        Additionally, I believe your company is in a position to mimic the likes of BirdEye and Grade.us, which would get your agencies more reviews (they use texts to accelerate and improve the chances of getting reviews on Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc).

        I’ll stop, I’m not in the business of giving advice, I just think it’s a huge opportunity for agencies to use these technologies 🙂

  • Couldn’t agree more with this observation. Agencies need to allocate (more) resources to marketing.

    Budgets should include dollars for someone in-house, even if it’s part time.

    Agents the focus on email marketing, automation, & video marketing will continue to thrive.
