Should I add a cookie notice to my website?
Just about all websites use cookies. ActiveAgency is no different, especially since most agencies have Google Analytics installed. This isn’t legal advice, but we find that most agencies operating in the United States do not implement any type of cookie notice. However, those doing business in the EU do (since it is required there).
Either way, it’s your choice. We’re happy to add it or not. Simply let us know!
