Passionate about operations, Monika is dedicated to supporting growth by enhancing processes, creating exceptional client experiences, and fostering team development. Outside of work, Monika enjoys crocheting and knitting, getting outdoors for walks and hikes with her family, and working on projects in her garden. She also has a particular fondness for a special brand of pretzels that she imports from Poland.
