Prior to joining FMG Suite, Scott was a corporate attorney focused on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.
Scott enjoys mountain biking, playing tennis and coaching his son’s football team.

For 20 years, DC has been a leading voice in MarTech innovation for financial advisors and insurance agents. As a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of FMG Suite, he's passionate about igniting potential in ideas, teams, leaders, and products. His superpowers include inspiring and energizing audiences, whether it’s through public speaking or leading our amazing team of product managers, designers, software engineers and creatives.
When he's not at work, you’ll find him doing something awesome with his 12 amazing kids, listening to his favorite podcast, or quite often on a plane to or from West Africa. DC and his wife have adopted 8 children and recently helped launch a care center for Ebola orphans in Sierra Leone.
Chief Marketing & Experience Officer
Susan Theder is the Chief Marketing and Experience Officer at FMG Suite and a member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team. Susan places an emphasis on the importance of customer-focused strategies that leverage data and technology to deliver personalized and customized experiences that WOW.
She has a passion for helping financial professionals grow and market their businesses and is an active supporter of women and diversity initiatives. She was named CMO of the year by WealthManagement.com in 2019 and a Women to Watch by Investment News in 2019. Susan currently serves on the Board of Directors for SMARSH and ComplySci, both leading SaaS/RegTech companies serving the financial services industry.
Before joining FMG Suite, Susan served as Chief Marketing Officer at both Advisor Group and Cetera Financial Group where she was responsible for all aspects of marketing and advisor marketing. Prior to that, she was a Managing Director at Pershing/BNY Mellon and held senior positions in marketing, product management and practice management at Fidelity Investments.
Chief Operating Officer
Jared has more than a decade of direct experience in online marketing, operations and process development, digital media management, and motivating teams. Jared lives to solve challenges and help both FMG employees and the clients we serve achieve their goals.
Jared loves spending time with his family of seven, serving in his local congregation and community, and enjoying the great outdoors backpacking, surfing, splitboarding, fishing, camping and rock-climbing.

As CSO, Chris brings more than 20 years of sales and management experience to FMG Suite. Chris has helped Fortune 500 insurance and financial services companies deliver superior performance through integrated technology solutions. He is a recognized leader in the industry and an expert in formalizing e-business services to drive growth and digital transformation for enterprises of all sizes. Prior to joining FMG Suite, Chris was the Vice President of Sales for Ebix, Inc.
Chris loves spending time with his family, cheering on both daughters on the soccer field and occasionally tries to sneak in a round of golf with friends.
Jason leads Agency Revolution, which provides a suite of digital marketing solutions and a proactive service team that help agencies sell and retain clients.
Prior to Agency Revolution, Jason spent more than a decade connecting agencies, carriers, and technologies through his consulting firm Agency Insurtech, the agency technology directory InsurancePlayground.com, and as co-founder of Smart Harbor, which built digital marketing tools for agencies before being acquired by a private equity-backed insurtech.
A recipient of the Smart 50 Award for Innovation, Impact and Sustainability, Jason has conducted speaking engagements and workshops for InsureTech Connect, Nationwide, State Auto, Keystone, Pinnacol Assurance, BroadStreet Partners, Agency Nation Elevate, the Big I, and the Ohio Insurance Association. He is also published in Insurance Journal, Property Casualty 360, IA Magazine, Rough Notes, Insurance Thought Leadership, The Meeting Magazines, Carrier Management, and Insurance Business America and featured on the Insurance Closing the Gap, Agency Nation Radio, and Insurance Marketing Brain Dump podcasts.
As VP of Marketing at Agency Revolution, Stefanie Altman is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts.
Stefanie is an accomplished marketing professional with a passion for helping businesses thrive. She has a wealth of experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, and she is committed to providing support and guidance needed to achieve goals - for her team, the company, and their clients.
Stefanie's journey in the marketing world began over 15 years ago, and since then, she has honed her skills in various industries, including banking, technology, healthcare, and consumer goods. She has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation for businesses of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 100 companies.
Stefanie is a strong believer in the powers of collaboration, data, and testing to drive performance and product marketing. She is an accomplished speaker, having served on multiple panels over the years on how to use the right platforms and data to engage with clients across multiple industries.
VP, AR Operations
Monika has over a decade of experience in the SaaS industry, specializing in operations and process improvement. She played a pivotal role in growing a startup from a single client to over 1200 clients at the time of acquisition. Monika also led a highly successful team that developed the highest-rated and fastest-growing website platform in the insurance industry.
Passionate about operations, Monika is dedicated to supporting growth by enhancing processes, creating exceptional client experiences, and fostering team development. She believes that efficient operations are crucial for achieving business success and strives to implement innovative solutions that drive productivity and customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, Monika enjoys crocheting and knitting, getting outdoors for walks and hikes with her family, and working on projects in her garden. She also has a particular fondness for a special brand of pretzels that she imports from Poland.
I'm Lucas Jans, the VP of Product and Founder at Agency Revolution. I've been immersed in the insurance world since I was a kid, thanks to my father Michael Jans, who is a consultant to progressive marketing-focused insurance agencies. My first job was stuffing envelopes for a marketing flyer for Insurance Profit Systems. As a teenager, my dad would pull me out of school and take me to marketing and insurance conferences, which gave me a glimpse of how the industry worked, and how it could get better.
Years later, my father and I started Agency Revolution together. One key insight from working with agencies was that there had to be a way to automate marketing processes to help insurance agents provide great service and keep their clients longer.
I took on the challenge and designed and built the industry's first automated marketing system that leveraged data from Agency Management systems, starting with HawkSoft and later applying the solution with Vertafore's AMS360 (Thanks Sean Hawkins and Doug Mohr for the help!)
In 2014, I decided to move to Vietnam to scale up our development team and focus on building great products. It was a big decision, but it allowed us to tap into a highly talented and motivated workforce, and enabled me to explore new cultures and perspectives. While living in Vietnam I started one of the first craft breweries in the country, and had a blast in the process.
When I'm not working, I'm likely making something. I enjoy fermenting, whether it's beer, fruits, vegetables, or turning wine into vinegar for cooking. (Have you tried fermented jackfruit in a salad?) There's something about the process that fascinates me, connects me to the earth and gives me space from my time in front the screen.
Overall, I'm proud of the work we've done at Agency Revolution, and I'm excited about the possibilities for the future. Agents are far too often left behind and Agency Revolution is here to bring powerful technology and great customer service to solve agents problems. We believe that by supporting and protecting the agency space we can help agents and brokers serve their clients better and build more successful businesses.
David runs sales for Agency Revolution, which provides an all-in-one software solution to help insurance agents showcase their value, sell more, and service better.
Prior to AR, David built his career with brands such as ADP and Citrix, showing a track record of helping clients solve their most pressing challenges while driving both revenue and cost savings. Throughout AR history, David has been instrumental in everything from the first client to thousands of agencies, carriers, and networks, all leveraging AR solutions today.
Growing up in his father’s agency, David possesses a unique perspective. He’s shared that experience in speaking engagements with Applied Client Network, NetVu, HUG, and the most prominent carriers and networks in the country. He is an established thought leader and challenger with respect to how agencies go to market and their best use of tech.
David’s teams are well-poised to assess the true needs of clients and prospects, as well as present practical and innovative solutions. David leads from the front, meeting with countless agency principals to understand and solve the obstacles hindering agency growth.
