Unless otherwise defined in this Service Attachment, capitalized terms will have the meanings given to them in the Agreement. This Service Attachment governs your subscription to Fuse.
1. Pricing for Fuse is based on the number of “Active Clients.” You will provide us with your number of Active Clients at the time of sale and upon set-up where the actual number of Active Clients is verified.
If it is determined that your number of Active Clients is actually significantly higher (10%+) than the amount you provide, your rate may be subject to an immediate increase to the proper billing rate. At renewal each year, your rate will be recalculated based on the current client count at time of renewal.
2. If you change your Agency Management System (AMS) to another compatible system which requires Fuse to re-integrate, an “AMS Switch Fee” of $300 will be assessed. This AMS Switch Fee is subject to change. If you switch to an AMS system that does not integrate with Fuse, this change on your end does not absolve you from your obligations under this Agreement. We recommend vetting any potential new AMS systems thoroughly for compatibility with Fuse, contacting us with any questions, and timing any incompatible AMS switch to coincide with the end of the Initial Term or Renewal Term, whichever is applicable.
